The Morning Rise & Shine Recipe

The Morning Rise & Shine Drink
 
Very first thing in the morning, add the following cleansing nutrients to 12 -16 oz of pure water: 

Juice of one-half lemon (organic if possible, & almost always fresh) or 1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar

1 – 2 tsp unpasteurized honey or maple syrup (organic, C grade or very dark color) or substitute juice of an orange

1/8th – 1/16th tsp organic sea salt (Celtic/Himalayan) or other ionic minerals (plant source)

1 oz (2 tbsp) aloe vera juice (George’s if possible)

Start with 1 – 2 tsp  (increase to 1 tbsp)  greenfoods powder (Greens-Force or Blueberry Greens-Force)

Optional Additions:
1 tbsp Bone Solutions (ionic Ca/Mg liquid)

1 tbsp Colloidal Silver (10 – 20 ppm)

4 – 8 drops Aerobic Oxygen

Combine the ingredients in a bottle or shaker*, shake 10 – 12 times to activate the potency of the ionic trace minerals, drink immediately, then follow right away with 3 – 5 minutes of Lymphatic Exercise or gentle rebounding.

*Drink may be prepared the night before, and refrigerated
