Are you ready to add a dash of warmth and a sprinkle of health to your day? Let’s talk about cinnamon – not just any cinnamon but organic Ceylon Cinnamon powder, also known as
“True Cinnamon”.
With its lighter, more delicate flavor, it’s perfect for daily use. Plus, it’s the healthier and safer option if you’re planning to indulge in larger quantities (think 1/2 teaspoon or more daily) for lowering blood sugar levels
Organic True Cinnamon powder is what I use in my day.

Cinnamon has many health benefits and these are 3 easy ways to get cinnamon into your daily routine to take advantage of those health benefits.

3 easy ways to get cinnamon into your day:
1. Add to Your Morning Coffee
Transform an ordinary cup of coffee into a powerhouse of flavor and nutrition! Start by adding 1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon to your coffee.
Starting with cinnamon in your coffee is wonderful, but you can take it further. Turn it into a super-food concoction by experimenting with these additions:
- Grass-fed butter or ghee for a bulletproof kick
- Organic ginger powder for extra zing
- A scoop of collagen powder for that youthful glow
- Organic fermented turmeric powder for an anti-inflammatory boost
- A dash of black pepper to enhance absorption
Start small and work your way up to 1/2 teaspoon of the 3 spices. Sweeten to taste and remember to stir halfway through the drink to make sure to get all the goodness.
Pro tip: If you add too much cinnamon you will end up with a very surprising, rather slimy cinnamon glob at the bottom of your cup.

2. The Banana Cinnamon Shake Sensation
For a breakfast packed with nutrition, I whip up a morning shake by blending 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon with a ripe banana and my favorite vanilla protein powder.
Blend with water or your favorite milk alternative for a creamier shake.
Want to take it to the next level? Toss in some organic fermented maca powder for an energy boost and half an avocado for creamy, healthy fats.
It’s like dessert for breakfast, but healthier!

3. Cinnamon-Infused Healthy Desserts
Who says healthy can’t be indulgent? I love sprinkling 1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon per serving into a rice or quinoa pudding and I always add it into my home-made apple sauce.
It’s like a warm hug for your taste buds!
Feel free to experiment with other healthy desserts too – cinnamon plays well with everything from baked apples to chia seed puddings.

I hope these 3 diverse ways of getting cinnamon into your daily routine will work for you! I have found the key to making cinnamon a habit is to start small and not overpower the taste buds.

Before you know it, you’ll be reaping the sweet (and spicy) rewards of this amazing super-food spice.
